Venture Group Tenerife is delighted to welcome Stefania Giordano – Maître d´ at Josean Alija and Eneko Atx – to Kensei Contemporary Japanese at the Bahia del Duque hotel in Tenerife.

Stefania was at the Nerua restaurant in Bilbao for nine years where they won a Michelin Star, three Repsol Suns and were ranked 32 in 2020 on the The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Born in Italy, and an adoptee of the Basque Country, Stafano is moving to Tenerife in order to lead the dining room at Kensei Contemporary Japanese alongside Head Chef Victor Planas and the team at Venture Collections.
