This month, as we are celebrating the return of our Scott to Bianco´s from Marbella we thought we would let you know a little bit more about him…….

Favorite Bianco dish: Salmon Fillet with lemon-thyme butter & Bianco chips
Living in Tenerife for: 8 years
About Scott: Before moving to Tenerife Scott was a fireman for 5 years. He moved to Tenerife with his then girlfriend to try something different. Scott was a barman at Beverly Hills Club before coming to Venture Restaurants and since fitted in perfectly as a longstanding and much loved member of the Venture Restaurants team. This summer Scott went over to Marbella to open & Manage our new Restaurant Infuschia and although faced with some rather interesting challenges along the way Scott did a wonderful job. Infuschia has now closed for the winter period and we are very happy to have him back at Bianco´s!
Favorite things to do on a day off: Scott being the social butterfly that he is loves being out and about meeting new people, but what he loves most on a day off is throwing BBQ´S for all his friends on the balcony of his new apartment.
