We would like to introduce you all to Charlie! This regular friendly face can be found in Bianco Ristrorante. She is one of our youngest employees and has been making strides ever since she joined us a year ago. Charlie moved here with her family when she was just six years old, as a result she speaks fluent Spanish. Originally from South Yorkshire she is an avid cheerleader and enjoys the beach on her days off. Charlie loves being part of Bianco’s and enjoys working as part of a team and looks forward to progressing within Venture Restaurants. She is passionate about the cuisine we offer here at Venture Restaurants. When asked what food she enjoys the most, the juicy steaks from Empire are her favourite but she loves to recommend the swordfish Carpaccio in Bianco – “Its such a lovely fresh dish for summer”.
