This month’s waiter of choice is Peter, 30 years old and originally from the Czech Republic Peter is an avid dog lover and DJ. In his spare time he loves to entertain his neighbours with his decks and take his dogs for long walks up the familiar hills of Adeje. Peter boasts over 12 years of experience within the catering industry and has worked around most of Europe including Greece, Britain, Germany, France & many more fabulous locations. Being such a valuable asset to the team we asked him what he regularly recommends to the guests he serves! The tornado Fillet and ravioli dishes are amongst his favourites however he is very impressed with the Vegetarian options too. On a night off you´ll frequently find him in our Safari Restaurant Imperial Tai-Pan as Asian cooking is his favourite cuisine. Asked why he loves being part of the Venture team he replied saying “I love a challenge & I find Venture has a very high level of service standards which I love to be a part of, Bianco is a unique team full of many nationalities so I feel very at home”
