One of our most popular Thai Botanico stir fry’s is King Prawns with coconut cream & a chili kick.

Our chefs have devised a simple, easy to make, recipe so you can now recreate this tasty dish at home.

Ingredients:
Peeled King Prawns
Chopped vegetables of your choice, we use peppers, mushrooms, onion, carrots & broccoli.
Chili & garlic oil
Fresh chili flakes
Pinch of brown sugar
Lime juice
Coconut milk
Fish sauce or soy sauce
Method:
Add 2 cups of coconut milk, the fish or soy sauce, the pinch of brown sugar and a drop of fresh lime juice to a bowl and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
Fry the king prawns, vegetables & chili flakes in a wok with a little vegetable oil & the chili & garlic oil for a couple of minutes until the desired crunchy consistency. Add the sauce and continue to stir fry for another minute, then lower the heat and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and top with fresh thai basil and further chili flakes if desired.
We recommend you serve with white rice or coconut rice.
