SPICY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS (served x 6 people)

2 x spicy chilies
1 x tablespoon brown sugar plus 1 x tablespoon olive oil
Half a red onion
1 whole glove of garlic
Half-tablespoon chili powder
Half tablespoons sweet paprika

Leave your chicken drumsticks to come to room temperature (if needed).
Take all of the additional ingredients and blend / blitz together with 100 mil of fresh water.
Bring a pan to the boil and boil your chicken drumsticks for no more than 20 minutes.
Remove your drumsticks and dry off then pour your spicy liquid mix over the drumsticks. The water content within the mix will seep into the drumsticks while you leave them to cool (roughly a couple of hours)
Once fully marinade throw on a hot open flame BBQ continually turning until coocked and crispy.
Serve and enjoy.
