It´s been a busy time here at Venture Restaurants of late. The re-launch of our Teppanyaki Restaurant into the Imperial Tai-Pan has been a massive success!!
We wanted to re-establish ourselves as the stand-out gourmet Chinese, Sushi and Teppanyaki Restaurant in Tenerife. We went back to our roots and researched our ingredients and recipes to bring to you a whole new menu designed to offer a higher, more intense quality and flavor.
With over 70 new dishes to choose from we offer a wide selection of meats, fish and vegetables. Our Teppanyaki set banquets are carefully designed to be light, healthy and delicious. Cooked in front of you on our Teppanyaki table each course will delight and entertain. Not forgetting our extensive Imperial Sushi menu filled with our very own chefs signature sushi.
Braised Lobster in our house Armagnac, yellow bean sauce & fried garlic. Fillet Steak in a red wine & black pepper pekin reduction. Whole steamed Sea Bass in a light oyster sauce & ginger glaze and our chefs signature `Crunchy Roll´of king prawns & tuna topped with tempura flakes, yakituri sauce & a hint of truffle oil are just a few of the fantastic new dishes on offer aimed to surprise and delight!
