Terms and Conditions:

  1. Content Creation and Sharing: You agree to create an Instagram Reel or TikTok video showcasing your experience at our restaurant. By participating, you grant Venture Restaurants the right to share, repost, or feature the content you create on our social media accounts or website.
  2. Review on Google: You also agree to leave a review on Google, detailing your experience at our restaurant. Your honest feedback is valued.
  3. Deadline: All content must be posted and the review submitted within 5 days from the visit.
  4. Editing Rights: Venture Restaurants reserves the right to ask minor edits to the content for grammatical correctness or branding consistency.
  5. Cancellation: Either party reserves the right to cancel the collaboration in advance due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of agreement.
  6. Removal of the video shall require the mutual consent of all parties involved and mentioned in this contract. In the absence of such consent, the video shall remain unaltered. This agreement supersedes any oral provisions to the contrary.
