Another month another post for the Venture Restaurants Tenerife as their official Nutritional advisor reviewing all the venues and menus This is my 1st post on the Thai Botanico which co-owned by my brothers Neil and Robert Ng, I LOVEEEEE Thai Cuisine for the chili, coconut, cilantro tastes but the flavorsome healthier options make it easier to be good
1 of my faves is the Fresh Sea bream (Pictured above) with a tiny splash of searing oil dressing then wrapped in banana Leaf and steamed.
Want to dine out without spoiling your fitness goals or you could say have your cake and eat it too! Here is some healthier options to choose from the Menu
Thai Beef Salad (The dressing does contain some sugar so try to leave most of it on the plate at the end)
- Any of the Satay Skewers (Request for grilled with no satay oil, as already marinated so flavor is full enough)
- Weeping Tiger Steak (No oil-oh and not to worry it’s fillet steak x)
Please note; Fish Sauce, Tom Yam and general Thai seasonings are higher in sodium
