I’m on a much needed break in Tenerife, relaxing with friends and family. It’s always GREAT as my family are in the restaurant business and I’m spoiled for choice in quality cuisine ranging from Thai, Chinese, Italian, Bistro and Japanese and not so GREAT as a Personal trainer and Fitness Competitor it’s my job to inspire others and I believe I am my product.
This holiday I’m reigning it in, hitting 2 body part’s finished with 30 mins Cardio and cooking & ordering LEAN!
As you can imagine Italian food is not something a fitness girl like me can indulge in too often, BUT if your careful and order with tweaks watching your weight or not you can make lean healthy choices.
For a healthy bite order Bianco´s no15 avocado & prawn salad, but with no dressing and no oil. Still very tasty but much lower in fat!
