With our team hard at work sourcing the best imports – most recently from the xtrexu region in northern Spain the new select cuts really are something exceptional. Empire is currently boasting the new “special sirloin” & the “ribeye for 2” both have been aged and cured in-house alongside our specialist knowledge and love for all things steak.
