In 2019, Daniel Tejera was recognised as the Canaries best young chef. Following this accolade, he gained valuable experience working as the sous chef under Dani García at a three-star Michelin establishment. Now, he brings his culinary expertise and enthusiasm to Lagarto, where he is introducing a limited-time, fresh summer menu.
