Cocktail of the month – Mediterranean time

Our bar manager Luca Avanzati is bringing you a fresh new concept this month with a personal cocktail ull of freshness and some subtle but clever touches for a unique taste exclusive to Bianco Ristorante.

Ingredients:
50 mil Gin Mare
15 Mil of fresh lime juice
20 mil of cucumber syrup (Monin is the recommended brand)
3 slices of Green pepper
1 sprig of Rosemary
Bottle of Tonic but Luca recommends 1724

Directions:
Before we start fill the largest wine glass you have with ice and leave to one side for 2 minutes.
Take your green peppers and sprig of Rosemary and muddle together with your Monin cucumber syrup in a Boston Glass until everything is evenly broken. Now add your lime-juice and Gin mare to the same Boston Glass. Place a metallic shaker into your Boston and shake for roughly for 15 seconds to help everything mix nicely together. Grab your pre chilled wine glass and double strain the content of the Boston into it. Add as much tonic as required to enjoy this great Cocktail courtesy of Mr Avanzati.
