This months cocktail is the Imperial Grapefruit, a great refreshing cocktail exclusive to Bianco Bar & created by head barmen Luca Avanzati.
50 ml vodka
40 ml grapefruit juice
25 ml sugar syrup
3 fresh basil leaves

Start by cooling a martini glass; pour all ingredients into shaker &
shake for around 25 seconds until all ingredients are mixed together.
Double strain the contents into your pre-chilled martini glass,
garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
