Cocktail of the month

As its Xmas we have decided to show you how to make a Christmas classic the venture way. Chef Tomo from Empire will be telling us what ingredients we need to enjoy this delightful adult treat.

Ingredients:
3 x cups of whole milk
2 x cups of powered sugar (be generous it’s the holidays)
1 x ounce vanilla sugar or use a teaspoon of vanilla
5 x large egg yolks
1 cup of vodka or cognac
