Cocktail of the month

As summer draws to an end we look to London for a classic cocktail that most of you will be familiar with “The Pornstar Martini”.
Here’s how to recreate this tasty cocktail at home:
Grab a Collins glass and mixer, fill with ice cubes, Shake up 3.5 cl of vodka, 1.0 cl lime juice and 1.5 cl passion fruit syrup and 2.5cl passion fruit juice and shake until the shaker becomes frosted. Double strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and serve with a shot of presecco on the side.
