We have the classic “BRAMBLE” in store for you this month. Originating from London in the mid 1980´s this cocktail has been making a recent come back.
Fill your glass three quarters with crushed ice, add 45 mil of Gin, 30 mil of fresh lemon juice, 15 mil of sugar syrup then stir. Top up with more crushed ice. Now lace the drink with a 20 mil pour of licor de mora by slowly distributing evenly. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and serve with two short straws.
