This months showcase cocktail is the PAPA DON’T PEACH! An awesome summer combination of fresh peaches and basil.
Muddle a peach into the base of your mixing glass adding 8 basil leaves, 40 mil of vodka, 20 mil peach liquor, 25 mil fresh lemon juice and 15 mil of sugar syrup. Shake it all together for roughly 30 seconds and double strain to a rock glass pre filled with crushed ice. Artfully garnished with a fresh basil sprig, add your straws and devour.
