Summers on the way and what better way than to celebrate it with a cocktail chosen by one of our surfer barmen. This months showcase is the Indian summer; so follow this quick guide to fire up a way to cool down!
Firstly take 10 fresh mint leaves & 5 raspberries, start muddling together in the bottom of your Collins glass. Add 15mil of white sugar syrup and ten mil of freshly squeezed limejuice.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour 40 mil of vodka, 25 mil of blackberry liquor and 40 mil of cranberry juice. Gently churn (lift with a spoon from bottom to top) bringing together all of the flavours. Cap with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh mint sprig or fruit of the forest berries.
